Just before 4 a.m. on Sunday, September 27, flames broke out on the East side of Napa Valley near our family winery. As heat, dry conditions, and high winds prevail, the fast-moving Glass Fire has brought with it devastation not only in Napa county, but also for our neighbors in Sonoma.
With the fire still raging, roads remain closed and conditions uncertain. Our tasting room will remain closed until further notice and all tasting appointments have been cancelled. We are heartbroken that we will not get the opportunity to host you at the winery at this time, and we hope you reschedule so we can see you again in the near future.
At this time, the winery building, our vineyards and all of our staff are safe. Our hearts are with the communities of Napa and Sonoma counties as this fire tears through our adjoining neighborhoods. Thank you to all of you who have reached out with concern and well wishes, and a huge thank you to all of the firefighters and first responders for working relentlessly to end this tragedy that has left our beloved wine country stunned and humbled.

- Drink Napa and Sonoma wines and encourage your friends and family to do so as well. Buy directly from local wineries when you can.
- Donate to the Napa Valley Community Disaster Relief Fund which is a reputable organization currently dedicated to supporting Covid-19 and wildfire relief in Napa County.
- Wineries rely on locals and visitors alike, so rescheduled your trip to wine country and help the entire community.
- Purchase a gift card from your favorite restaurant in St. Helena or Calistoga.
- Buy a bottle of Frank Family Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon during the month of November. We will redirect in-house and online sales revenue to the James Beard Foundation’s Open for Good Campaign to aid independent restaurants in our county and nationwide who have been affected by closures in 2020.
